Shri Tara Chand

Mr. Tara Chand, Head of Chancery (administrative matters), joined the Embassy in February 2006.  A Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Tara Chand is married and in Dublin with his wife, Mrs. Asha Chand.
 

                  His previous diplomatic assignments include those in the Embassies in Islamabad,Tokyo, Kuwait and Riyadh, where he handled economic/commercial and consular matters.

 

             Mr. Tara Chand holds the charge of Commercial & Economic matters, apart from his duties as Head of Chancery.

Shri Ramesh Bhat

Mr. Ramesh Bhat, Second Secretary joined the Embassy in February 2009.   

           

              His previous diplomatic assignments include those in the Embassies in Peru, Cyprus, Kenya, New Zealand and South Africa. Mr Bhat is a science graduate from Mysore University and is accompanied by his wife Mrs. Nalini Bhat.

           

Mr. Bhat holds the charge of Consular/Passport/Visa and Community Affairs.
